Currently the
RunContextconstructor assigns attributes of the passed inargparse.Namespaceto itself directly. As a result, whenRunContext.update_paramsmakes changes, those also persist in theargparse.Namespace. In particular this was seen breaking modeline support in #209 where anignoreis added via modeline for one file and then persists in all subsequent files.This changes the
RunContextconstructor to update the object-local containers instead of assigning directly.
