This repository contains the code for a simple web-based application that maps fishing effort density in the Gulf of Mexico bottom longline reef fish fishery over time. Data was collected via 25% review of electronic monitoring (EM) footage as a part of the Center for Fisheries Electronic Monitoring at Mote's voluntary EM program.
