What type of PR is this?

What this PR does / why we need it:

Invalid dash-separated key 'description-file' in 'metadata' (setup.cfg), please use the underscore name 'description_file' instead.

This means durationpy 0.7 is not PEP 517-compliant, and it's breaking the build process when using modern Python versions and tools like Poetry or pip with --use-pep517 (which Poetry uses under the hood).
