I removed because I felt like the docs for starting local server felt more direct for this use case (and already include link to cli docs). Thoughts?

I think the docs link to the CLI ref is gone in the file? I still like having the link to the CLI reference at the bottom

yeah it is gone -- what i'm saying is the link to local server setup (which is included in this file) already links to cli. Which feels to me easier to traverse. But if you feel strongly i can re-introduce here

I wonder if it makes sense to instead of removing these sections to move these to the bottom + add a disclaimer about desktop being superseded by the CLI
