• Get polymer locally: http://www.polymer-project.org/getting-the-code.html

• Checkout this repo under polymer_local/components/

• Launch Chrome with the right features enabled, eg:

  /Applications/Google\ Chrome\ Canary.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome\ Canary --allow-file-access-from-files --enable-experimental-web-plform-features --enable-html-imports
  

• browse to the polymer-editor/test/html folder...
