This release ensures that the latest v3 version of ngrok agents are being downloaded, through 2e5fa46 (kudos to @mpdude), as ngrok agents versions <=3.1 have been deprecated for a while and will stop working on January 15th, 2024 for all free users. (quote from ngrok notification).
