Map Raster Tile Rendering - front development

FIND COORDINATE!

Base Function

• Find a world degree and wgs84 coordinate by using marker(Just click!)
• Mouse Wheel : Map Zoom In / Out
• Mouse Drag : Map Moving

Bug

• After Zoom in / out, cursor and marker position unstable.
• After side render, tile cache and position are a little twisted.
• There are some problem about tile image render cache and timing.

Bug is fixing....

ES5 -> ES6 is porting.... (Babel, polyfill, webpack)
