Given that Support is a paid customer/admin only path, is that what we want to offer here?

I do think this will be an enterprise-only feature. Is there a better "inbound" email address we could direct customers towards?

Depends on intention: Do we imagine that someone wants to "talk to an expert" (aka Sales) or "get support" (aka Support)?
