🎉 ptr2inject (first release)

This is the first ptr2inject binary.
This is a windows-only binary and is not fully working.

Working features:

• 💿 ISO files can be imported
• 🧩 Mod files can be imported
• 📦 Both mod files and ISO files will successfully be unpackaged in temporary directories
• 📄 Mod JSON metadata can be read
• 📖 You can view mod metadata using File > View Mod Info

Not currently working:

• 🚫 The patching process sometimes won't finish due to the ISO patcher not being 100% complete (will be fixed next binary)
• 💿 ISO metadata and region checking is not currently working (will be fixed next binary)
• ❔ Some other features that aren't currently ready
