First version of the Speed Reading mod.

Contains modifiers to increase reading speed as well as options to increase calorie consumption, hunger, thirst and boredom by the same factor.

Reading speed is incluenced by slow and fast reader traits. Light Eater, Heavy Eater, Low Thirst, High First traits influence the amount of additional hunger and thirst respectively.
