Our test folder currently follows the same structure as the src folder. This isn't necessarily needed, and it means we have to update
test/when we change the src structure, as recently done in #609After #609, we have 2 choices: reflect the structure changes in
test/, or flattentest/so we don't have to keep the sync anymore. This PR opts for the latter option.
