Add Mira LLM Integration
This PR adds support for the Mira Network's LLM API, enabling agents to use models like deepseek-r1, gpt-4o etc. through Mira's platform.
This PR enhances the flexibility and functionality of ritual/infernet by enabling seamless AI model access via Mira’s API.
