feat: Improve Meta Description and Contact Link Order (#23)

## Description

This pull request addresses [issue
#22](#22) by
enhancing the website's meta description for improved SEO and reordering
contact links for a better user experience.

### Key Changes:

* **Meta Description Update:** Updated the meta description in the HTML
to better reflect the site's content and improve search engine
visibility.
* **Contact Link Reordering:** Reordered the contact links to prioritize
the most important/frequently used contact methods based on importance.
