Added project structure. Added and configured Caliburn Micro.
Wired up SimpleContainer dependancy injection
Recreated login page from mockups
Added comunication with tesonet web api. Added logging for requests. Added AutoMapper, Log4Net, RestSharp.
Added navigation. WiredUp ui with services to load real data. Added Password helper to get password input
Added two unit test projects for WindowsPartyGuy and WindowsPartyBase. Added AutoFixture, moq and xUnit for unit test projects
