Metadata fixes and changes to the current standards:
- guayadeque.appdata.xml:
  - Renamed to org.guayadeque.guayadeque.metainfo.xml.
  - Destination changed from /usr/share/appdata to /usr/share/metainfo.
  - Updated project_license to use SPDX-License-Identifier.
- guayadeque.desktop renamed to org.guayadeque.guayadeque.desktop.
- guayadeque.png destination changed from "pixmaps/" to "icons/hicolor/64x64/apps/"
