Its a renovate pr which auto updates. It fails because the chart requires some work to pass testing.
Who, when or if it will be patched is nothing we can tell you as we have around 800 charts. But to speed things up you can also open a PR and fix it yourself if you want

Thanks for the answer. I didn't know that there is auto update PRs.
I am still learning kubernetes so it may be a bit difficult for me to solve the problem but I see if I have time to dig into this
