A tool that aids in quickly developing and deploying structured commands written in PowerShell, targeting one or both of the following primary use-cases:

1. Command run interactively by an end-users, with prompting and guidance as needed.
2. Command run non-interactively by an automation tool, with options and state persisted and/or given as parameters.
