Continued extending viewerCanSeeOrDo & viewerAccessRights implementation. We can now control ability to edit a person based on whether they are in a team the viewer is a teamAdmin for. Now displaying Answers to questionnaires again. Moved ability to delete a team onto the TeamHome page, so it's harder to delete accidentally. #96
