Additionally changed jcenter -> jitpack
jcenter does not contain libsuperuser anymore, but the "official" jitpack site does not contain the old 1.0.0 version.
So I also updated the source to handle the small API changes to get it build.
But this is NOT TESTED, I don't have any rooted phone. It builds, everything else works, but these changed lines are not tested.
