[TM-1718] Convert jobs data to the Demographics tables #715

The GET endpoints for workdays and restoration partners has been removed (supported in v3 now)
jobs and volunteers are now valid demographic types, supported on project reports only
A script has been written to convert the old jobs data to demographics
- Note that the _smallholder_farmer jobs fields were ignored; they are no longer used.
The Dashboard API responses have been updated to get their data from the new location
New linked fields have been added to support updated jobs / volunteers data during form submission.
