It currently supports

• converting ConfigMaps to Kapacitor tasks
• cleans up InfluxDB subscriptions made by all agents to correct for orphaned subscriptions from dead systems. This has been the culprit for many GC issues in with InfluxDB
• detects Kapacitor fall overs when pods are restarted or moved in K8s. When this event is detected, all known ConfigMaps will recreated as Kapacitor tasks and InfluxDB subscriptions will be removed.
