Upgraded to .Net 4.5.2
All around fixes
Added clear all chapters button
Changed width cutoff to ratio cutoff
A dialog showing graph to easily choose the best option for the current manga set. (In my testing, 1.15 is a good choice but you never know what some fan subs will do👿)
