For some reason the automatic detection for read the docs github repository information is missing.
Explain how this is achieved.
We can manually assign the values needed to get the links to work.
If applicable, please suggest to reviewers how they can test the change.
The preview build for this pr should have working view source and edit source buttons at the top of each page, as well as footer icons linking to the readthedocs project and the git repository.
