When we bump dependencies, some of them are no longer happy with Node 16, which was still being used in workflows.
I considered using
node-version-fileinstead ofnode-versionforactions/setup-node, but decided to keep it as is for now, as it may be easier to use a matrix instead in the future if the values are static.I hereby confirm that I followed the code guidelines found at engineering guidelines
