It is redundant with org_seg_ch.
It was not used since we already hardcoded the regionprops csv file naming in FeatureProps.py
…re_morphology = False. Otherwise if measure_morphology = False PlatyMatch fails because expects volume as input. Make volume a common measurement that is always measured in 3D.
