Bare Repos

By default Agit makes bare Git repositories when you clone new repos. This is for speed, because the checkout step is unfortunately quite slow, and not all users need it.

If you DO want to have your repo's files checked out (so you can actually use them!), make sure you uncheck the 'Bare' checkbox when you're setting up the clone:
