[Flag Key] Map Creator Override - (*)

Options that are suggested based on generated or user criteria, but map creator can override to include/exclude.

[folders] reserved for our use:

  • Campaign/Normal, Campaign/Hard, Campaign/Field Training

  • War Room

  • Survival/Money, Survival/Turn, Survival/Time

  • Versus/Classic, Versus/Official

  • Versus/Global League, Versus/Hall of Fame -> AWBW Categories ported over

  • Versus/Competitive -> This is for official competitive maps decided my the moderators and leads

  • AWN/Design Maps -> Used as a filter to find maps ported from the AWN DM archive. An AWBW one will be unnecessary because my intention is to treat that as a separate mod because of the extra factions and the teleport tile, so they'll be filterable by [mod].

  • Under Review -> Underneath moderator review, but not for reasons stated in 'inappropriate' flag. Available for sharing, not marked for deletion (Redeemable)

  • Under Review/Inappropriate -> For flagging questionable (overly sexual or not politically correct) designs within map content (Nonredeemable)

[folders] users can choose from:

  • Versus/Casual

  • Versus/Skirmish -> If a user wants their map to be considered for competitive play. Automatically shows up in Competitive Lists.

  • Design -> Maps not yet submitted for the community to play, used for maps still in play testing.

  • Dual Strike -> Maps for either the top or bottom half of a dual-screen fight.

  • Joke -> Maps not intended to be taken seriously.

  • Sprite -> Maps that are sprites, who could've guessed.

  • Toy Box -> Maps that are intended to be played with self-enforced custom rules.

  • Trial -> Maps intended to be played as PvE in the same style as the official War Room maps.

  • Historical-Geographical -> Replica of part of the world map.

  • Innovative -> Maps that have some kind of gimmick but still play by normal game rules.

Generated [tags] based on [rules]

  • Fog of War (*) -> Toggle

  • Powers Off (*) -> Toggle

  • CO Units Off (*) -> Toggle

  • Leveling Off (*) -> Toggle

  • Property Capture -> Prop cap limit != 0

  • Starting Funds -> Starting funds > 0

  • High Income (*) -> Income > 1000

  • Limited High Funds (*) -> Income < 1000 && Starting Funds > 100,000

  • Free-for-All (*) -> No. of teams = no. of players

  • Team Play (*) -> No. of teams != no. of players

  • Dummy -> Team "~" is present

Generated [tags] based on map features

  • Pre-Deployed -> No base/airport/port

  • Base Light (*) -> 1:2 ratio of HQ:Base

  • Teleport tile -> Teleport tile present

  • Inventions -> Inventions present

  • Gigantic -> w*h > 1200

  • Huge -> 1200 >= w*h > 900

  • Large -> 900 >= w*h > 600

  • Normal -> 600 >= w*h > 300

  • Small -> 300 >= w*h > 150

  • Tiny -> 150 >= w*h

  • Mixed Base (*) -> Bases opposite HQ -> Split map into 1/x pieces, then check if bases are in opposite 1/x of the map (on either axis). Ignore middle 1/x to compensate for HQ/bases in the centre of map but on either side of central dividing line. Testing required to find best value of x. Only marked if all players meet the requirement, but can be overridden.

  • Ground War (*) -> No airport/port

  • Heavy Naval (*) -> 3:1 ratio of ports:HQ. Note that because heavy naval are based on ratio with HQ, they're not mutually exclusive, they're for maps that feature naval as a major component, not the ONLY component.

  • Heavy Air (*) -> 3:1 ratio of airports:HQ Note that because heavy air are based on ratio with HQ, they're not mutually exclusive, they're for maps that feature air as a major component, not the ONLY component.
