We began a new jack-compiler project (without being spoilt by a test suite from Tom) to begin parsing the Jack language:

• Add unit test and implement Tokenizer;
• Add support for "~" as a symbol;
• Implement support for the "&" symbol.

We left with the Tokenizer complete but with the CompilationEngine unstarted.
